One of my friends has a king power base and suggested to get a split king as she does not use the adjustable portion of the base very frequently due to two differing sleeping needs. I am very glad we decided to spend the extra money to get a split. I have had much better sleep and I attribute that to both the mattress and the ability to customize positions.

We absolutely love the power base. I was having brain surgery and wanted something to help elevate my head (no more pillows under the mattress). We honestly enjoy the base and can't imagine not having it.
The downside is that the delivery company damaged our property -gouging our maple bedframe that was less than 4 months old. We spent a few weeks working with the delivery team to fix it and finally gave up, settling on an amount that barely covered the cost of a replacement side rail, as surgery was just around the corner.
I would buy the base again but would probably have friends over to unpack it.
On a final note, when the delivery team was negotiating a price they said they were using other payouts as their comparisons. So I'm assuming this is more common than you would think. I believe Tempur-pedic should rethink their delivery contracts.

This is our second temper-pedic and again we couldn't be more pleased. Our first one is at least 10 years old and is still in good shape so we just upgraded to a king size and put the queen in another bedroom. These beds are so comfortable you don't want to get out of bed and you can't wait to get back in!

This is our second Tempurpedic bed so we are repeat customers. We like the mattress and base but within 2 months the low vibration stopped functioning. We talked to a customer support rep at Tempurpedic who was very helpful and ordered replacement parts which we promptly received. However, after 3 weeks and two phone calls we are still waiting for a technician to call us and arrange a date for repairs. We feel this will eventually be fixed but an item that fails in 2 months and takes weeks to repair does not deserve a good rating. We realize you contract out repairs but this whole experience does not reflect well on Tempurpedic.

My bed is fine. The experience with the delivery guys was terrible. I walked them into the bedroom to show them I had everything cleared out of the way. I left the room for five minutes and when I came back I realized they had opened the door that goes from the bedroom to the bathroom. My closet door was left open due to me not thinking anyone would open a closed door. I have no idea if they went into my closet, and or, removed anything. I can tell you that one of the delivery guys used my toilet and left feces in it.

I'm a big fan of the lumbar support. It's one of those features that if you need it it's a blessing, and if you don't well the rest of the adjustments are just as good. Frame is solid and sturdy, I haven't felt like it wobbles or shakes as I move around, even when placed in more upright positions. Plus there's no AI anything which really, if we're honest, why does your bedframe need AI?

I've had my Ergo Power Base for one month now and I am loving its versatility! I can recline to read in bed or watch movies and be very comfortable. I can automatically put my base in a slight reclining position for a more comfortable sleep. The gentle massage mode is quiet and comfortable. This is my first time ever owning an adjustable bed. I had to do some searching because if I was going to spend a good amount of money on one I needed to. I bought the TEMPUR-Ergo Power Base king size adjustable bed. I have severe back problems and because of a past medical issue I've been advised by a several doctors that I needed to sleep elevated. I have chronic insomnia so I'm constantly tossing and turning, so actually trying to find the best settings that will work for my right, left and on my back is a challenge, that's no fault in the frame at all. I love the zero gravity the best it really takes the pressure off my lower back. The motor is very quiet. In the past I've woken up and my body in so much pain and trying to get out of bed had been such a horrible struggle. But now I can't believe the ease of waking up without that struggle. I will always have back issues but I will honestly can say the difference is so phenomenal. This has been such a life changer for me. I'm so very very glad I chose the Tempur-Ergo. I never thought that an adjustable bed would make such a huge difference in my life. This definitely has met far beyond my expectations. I would ALSO HIGHLY recommend getting a Tempur-pedic Ergo Power Base!! You WILL NOT be disappointed!!

Have only had my new bed and base 2 days, and I am very happy. I can already feel improvement in my morning comfort level. The issue I am still undecided about is the height of the bed. I know that I can ask the seller to adjust it, but there can be multiple situations that the desired height may change... injury making the original setting too high, getting older and less nimble, onset of balance issues. I would like to suggest you work on making height adjustment a feature on your remote. I understand the redesign needed for the base legs. Just a suggestion.

I am disappointed by the massage feature - it is only working on the top part of the mattress, does not include the lower back, and even on high setting is not very powerful.. The other features such as zero g feature are as expected and nice options.

The base enable such comfort as I raise my legs and take pressure off my lower back. Every morning I raise my head and legs and use the vibration function to gently "wake up" my back.

I have noticed reduced back pain and the firmness is exactly what I was looking for in a mattress. This is my first Tempur-pedic mattress and I am so happy I made the decision to purchase it. We are loving this adjustable base. We have the split king version which lets my wife and I have different settings to suit our desires. We have both created custom setups and my setup allows me to sleep with a slight elevation to my upper body and legs, plus a little lumbar support dialed in, which I sleep very well on. I love how easy it was to setup and customize the settings. Really like the lumbar support. The only negative that we experienced was that there are a few blue lights on the frame and we like to sleep in a dark bedroom so I had to install some black tape over the lights on the frame so that we can have a dark room. The standard lights are pretty bright.
